PRODUCT PACKAGING CONSULTATION
Professional consulting service to discuss your product packaging strategy and goals. This will help us come up with actionable steps to create the perfect packaging for your business.
PRODUCT PACKAGE DESIGN
We can help you design the packaging for your product. Whether you need a 3D mockup to visualize your packaging or the full structural, ready-to-print die-line, our design service can turn your vision into a reality.
DEVELOPMENT & PROTOTYPING
Work with us to develop the size, structure, features, and design elements for your packaging that will best fit your products and your brand. After the product development, we can provide a prototype service so you can see your packaging in hand.
MANUFACTURING & LOGISTICS
We manage the full manufacturing process from end-to-end. This includes the start of the sampling process through the completion of mass production and the entire delivery process from our factory to your final address
How We Do It
Take a look through each step of our custom packaging process.
CONSULTATION
The initial discovery meeting with your dedicated account manager. Determine the structure, size, and design elements for your custom packaging project that best fit your product.
QUOTE
After the specifications for your project have been decided, receive a detailed custom quote from us with minimum order quantities of 1000 units per size and per design.
ORDER CONFIRMED
When you are ready to move forward, confirm your project with a 50% deposit to start the sample process.
DESIGN
If needed, we can work with you to create the design for your project. Please provide design elements and inspiration to help us create the perfect look for your packaging.
PROTOTYPE
Once the design is confirmed, you can have a physical sample in hand in about 10-15 business days. This will help us validate the structure, size, and general design for your project.
MASS PRODUCTION
After the sample is approved, the production for the full order will begin. On average, this process takes 4 weeks to be completed.
SHIPPING
The shipping process will begin when mass production is finished and the remaining 50% balance is paid. We handle the full process including U.S. customs and duties.
FINAL DELIVERY
After the 6-8 weeks shipping process, the full order will be delivered to your facility.
What are our sustainability practices?
100% RECYCLED PAPER FIBER
Our packaging starts with paper made from 100% recycled pulp/fiber, reducing the demand for virgin materials and promoting circularity.
SOY-BASED INK (SGS CERTIFIED)
We use soy ink, a renewable resource that is 100% sustainable and provides vibrant, safe, and eco-friendly printing.
ECO LAMINATION
Our matte lamination films are made from recyclable plastic, offering durability without compromising recyclability.
UV SPOT COATING
This decorative effect uses polypropylene-based material that can be processed in the same recycling streams as standard paper—no landfill necessary.
FOIL HOT STAMPING
We use anodized aluminum for our foil stamping, which is recyclable when separated from its substrate—beauty with responsibility.
PE-COATED LAMINATION
Our PE coatings are certified recyclable, enhancing moisture resistance without environmental compromise.
